In community sessions, I’ve paired the VA’s PTSD Coach app (https://www.ptsd.va.gov/appvid/mobile/ptsdcoach_app.asp) with a subtle smartwatch buzz — like a nudge, not a nag — for 60‑second check-ins. Not everyone wants screens, so I sometimes swap in a textured key tag; either way the client sets the cue and privacy.
