Exploring Sensory Tools for Emotional Regulation

I’ve been incorporating sensory tools into my practice, and I’ve noticed significant improvements in emotional regulation for my clients. Simple items like stress balls and fidget spinners can make a huge difference during sessions. Has anyone else found success with specific tools or techniques that promote emotional well-being? I’d love to hear your experiences?

I’ve found that incorporating weighted blankets can create a calming effect for clients during sessions. They really seem to help when things get overwhelming. Have you tried using one with your clients?
