Updating our post–carpal tunnel HEP packets and need clear, pictorial sheets for standard FDS/FDP tendon glides in Spanish and Vietnamese, ideally at a 6th-grade reading level… If you have a printable set you trust (with 10 reps, 3x/day dosing and cues to avoid composite flexion for the first 2 weeks), I’d appreciate a share or source.
I’ve had success using a simple visual handout that shows the movements in stages, which can be especially helpful for clients transitioning from post-op care. The 10 reps, 3x/day dosing is spot on — I’d suggest highlighting the importance of rest breaks to aid recovery, too. @Julia, let me know if you’d like me to share the material I created.
For some of my clients, having a handout that combines visuals with simple captions in their native language has made a big difference. @Julia, I often include cues like ‘avoid bending your fingers too much’ at the bottom to reinforce the key points — let me know if you want to see what I’ve used.
