I’ve been doing brief telehealth follow-ups where clients do a 60‑second “safety sweep” on camera — quick pans of entryway, bathroom, and hallway — to catch loose rugs and dim spots (a home safety selfie). It’s boosted the “remote work” side without burning me out, but for tight spaces or transfer setups I still do a short in‑person check or loop in a caregiver with measurements, @RileyOT.
